William D. Bridgers. Bill Bridgers is a Managing Partner and founding member of Zon Capital Partners. Bill's twenty plus years of business experience includes many years as a management consultant with a focus on telecommunications and large application development, before successfully transitioning to early stage private equity more than a decade ago. Prior to the formation of Zon Capital, Bill was a partner and founder of Zon Partners an early stage investment and advisory company, and the predecessor to the Fund. Together with Don Perkins, he was responsible for venture transactions that resulted in several liquidity events for the firm's investors. Prior to the formation of Zon Partners, Bill helped start Technology Management & Funding in Princeton, New Jersey, an early stage investment company. He was the firm's Chief Operating Officer. Bill also served with three international consulting firms, PA Consulting Services of London, England, A.T. Kearney based in Chicago, Illinois and Kline and Company of Fairfield, New Jersey. Over the course of his consulting career, most of Bill' consulting clients were telecommunications companies, technology vendors or large users of information technology systems. Bill sits on the board of Inscope Corporation and holds a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bill is located in Zon's
Princeton office and can be reached at billbridgers@zoncapital.com. Prior to joining Safeguard, Mike headed up of two information technology companies. He was President of Continental Healthcare Systems of Overland Park, Kansas, a healthcare information systems and services company. Following the successful trade sale of Continental, Mike became CEO of Creative Multimedia, an Internet professional services company located in Portland, Oregon, which designed and delivered Internet solutions for businesses. He led and managed all aspects of Creative Multimedia, including a complete restructuring, leading to the eventual sale of the business. Mike began his technology business career at Shared Medical Systems in sales and marketing in the Philadelphia area. Mike sits on the boards of Federation, Satori Group and SmartTime Software.

Prior to forming Zon Partners, Don worked with McKinsey and Company in Pittsburgh and London. He subsequently led GE Corporate's Business Development team focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions activities in Fairfield, Connecticut before moving to the position of General Manager of Sales & Marketing with GE Silicones in Waterford, New York. Don then joined AlliedSignal and headed Business Development as a Vice President in their Automotive Sector in Southfield, Michigan, where he led a merger to create a $1 billion European automotive aftermarket parts business. Don sits on the boards of Avo Photonics, Beta Zone, Bridge Semiconductor
and DFT Microsystems and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson
and earned his MBA at the Wharton School. Don is located in Zon's Princeton
